Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

For customized boards, allow an additional 1-2 business days for preparation.
Pick-Up Options:

Pick-up can be arranged by the buyer based on the timeslot selected. Pick-up is available from 12NN onwards at our commissary.
Shipping Coverage:

We currently deliver within Metro Manila. For locations outside Metro Manila, special arrangements can be made. Please contact us directly to discuss options.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12NN. Please note that a priority fee will apply for this service.
Shipping Fees & Pick-Up Policy:

Shipping fees are calculated based on location and order size.

We only accept car pick-ups to ensure the safety and quality of your order.

Motorcycle pick-ups are not allowed due to the fragile and perishable nature of our products.
Tracking Orders:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts:

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Returns and Refunds:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
