Terms & Conditions

Orders and Payments:

  • All orders must be placed through our official website, social media platforms, or by contacting us directly.

  • Full payment is required upon order confirmation unless otherwise specified.

  • Customized orders or large-scale setups may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or event. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total order value.

  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

Delivery and Pickup:

  • Delivery times are subject to availability and confirmed upon order placement.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

  • Cheese & Co. is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or acts of nature.

Product Quality:

All products are freshly prepared and handled with care to ensure quality and safety.

Time Frame to Maintain Freshness for Charcuterie and Cheese

Charcuterie (Cured Meats):

  • Room Temperature: Should not sit out for more than 2 hours. Beyond this, bacteria growth can occur, especially in warm conditions.

  • Refrigerated: Can stay fresh for 3–5 days once opened, provided it is stored in airtight containers or wrapped tightly.


​Cheese:

  • Room Temperature:

  • Soft cheeses (e.g., Brie, Camembert): Up to 2 hours.

  • Harder cheeses (e.g., Cheddar, Gouda, Parmesan): Up to 4 hours.

  • After these times, cheeses may start to dry out, lose texture, or become unsafe to eat.

  • Refrigerated:

  • Most cheeses should be refrigerated and can last 1–2 weeks after opening, if stored properly (e.g., wrapped in wax paper or cheese paper to prevent drying and odor absorption).

Refund Policy:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, Cheese & Co. does not offer refunds. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

Liability:

  • Cheese & Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions or other health issues resulting from the consumption of our products. Customers must disclose dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of ordering.

Privacy:

  • Customer information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order fulfillment and communication. We do not share or sell personal data.

Promotions and Discounts:

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Cheese & Co. reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property:

  • All content, branding, and designs are the property of Cheese & Co. and may not be used without written consent.
